Deposits

Deposits may be non-refundable once project planning, design work, setup, communication, or development has started.

Website Project Payments

Payments for completed work, approved milestones, launched websites, delivered files, or completed setup services are generally not refundable.

Monthly Support Plans

Monthly support plans are recurring services. Cancellation stops future billing after the agreed notice period, but previous monthly payments are generally not refunded once the service period has started.

Hosting and Domain Fees

Domain registration, domain renewal, hosting, third-party tools, premium plugins, software subscriptions, or external service fees are generally non-refundable once purchased, renewed, activated, or billed by the provider.
